Avondale is located 1½ miles from Cookstown. The facilities include patio, water featured garden, sun lounge and family rooms. Hand made crafts including violins and bows - from the solid wood to the Irish jig. Nearby activities: golfing, fishing, horse riding, shopping, leisure complex and hotels.

approximately 2 miles, turn left at the sign for Desertcreat Church and take first left. It is the first house on the left.
