Dungannon has been among the pioneers of outdoor Farmer’s Markets offering fresh produce from our fertile countryside; our regular Flower Market adds colour and fragrance to Market Square. The Linen Green on the site of the famous Moygashel Linen Mills is a complex of designer clothing stores, giftware and speciality food shops plus factory outlets.

The town provides a convenient and compact centre with a range of local retail outlets complemented by restaurants, cafes, bars and services. The main shopping area is centred around Main Street and The Square with smaller concentrations at Lineside.

Its principal streets contain many imposing buildings and business premises, combining familiar high street names with the intimacy of the family run businesses. In terms of leisure and recreation provision, Strabane is able to facilitate a wide spectrum of interests and pastimes equestrian, golf and walking opportunities are all easily accessed while for the angling enthusiast there is the rich waters of the River Mourne which winds its way through the town. Our variety market is on a Friday and our Farmers Market is on the last Saturday of each month.

Cookstown’s proximity to the rest of N. Ireland makes it extremely accessible, whilst its distinctive layout and colourful shop fronts make it easy to navigate. On-street parking and free car parking provides ease of access to the many shops and businesses. The town offers a fabulous choice of shopping including exceptional independent shops situated alongside an abundance of high street names. On Saturday’s, Cookstown’s main shopping area comes alive with an effervescent, busy street market which has a Royal Charter dating back to the 17th Century.
