Crafts - Catherine Scott Ceramics

Former Architectural Consultant, Catherine Scott, undertook a career change in 2002. She set up a pottery studio and spent time developing her own style of decorative earthenware ceramics.

2005 saw the launch of her most exciting range to date 'METAL'. Designed and manufactured in Ireland, each piece is individually hand-painted by Catherine. 'METAL' breaks away from the traditional style of ceramics expected from Irish designer/makers.

Catherine Scott has developed this contemporary range using the latest in glaze technology - the resulting copper, glass & steel effects are both tactile and visual.
