Learn to bake lovely fresh Soda, Wheaten and Potato breads the traditional way as Norah Brown, MBE, takes you through the steps.  Also learn how to make wonderful Goats Cheese & Thyme Scone, along with a number of other ‘speciality breads!

Morning session includes lunch.  Enjoy a glass of local apple juice  with your food, and take home a personalised folder of all the recipes you have seen prepared and cooked!
