Kitchens are well-equipped. All cottages have wood-burning stoves.   Welcome pack, electricity, heating, linen, towels, Wi-Fi and 1 bag of logs are all included.  A games room with a pool table, and the drying area with specialist facilities  for anglers, can be accessed by wheelchair users.

​The Boyd family look forward to welcoming you to The Cottage at Cavanakirk. The picturesque courtyard cottage offers the usual “home from home” comforts in the heart of the Clogher Valley countryside.

The master guestroom has a double bed & en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & wash hand basin. The family guestroom has a double bed, single bed & room for a child’s cot if required. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate bathroom with freestanding old style bath & shower, toilet & wash hand basin. Additionally there is a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate 2 guests.

The open plan kitchen living area is the heart of the cottage, perfect for entertaining family & friends. The kitchen is equipped with a gas Rangemaster with 2 large oven/grills, five burner stove, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The long dining table comfortably seats 12 people & is suitable for all occasions from leisurely breakfasts to intimate dinner parties.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and several armchairs ideal for relaxing in front of the open fire with a good book from the mini library or enjoying a movie on the flat screen television.
There is space for indoor and outdoor play and a large garden complete with swings, great for children as well as the young at heart! A barbeque can be arranged upon request.

 The local villages of Clogher & Fivemiletown offer a selection of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. The Clogher Valley area boasts lovely country and forest walks, horse trekking and several golf courses. The cottage is within easy reach of the Fermanagh Lakes, the Ulster American Folk Park & several National Trust Properties.

Your host Beryl knows the local area intimately and would be happy to assist with your holiday itinerary. A welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk & bread are also included.
